Space Padel Creator Earnings Program — Terms & Conditions

By creating an account and participating in the Space Padel Creator Earnings Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms.

1. Overview

The Program allows you (“Creator”) to earn commissions by promoting Space Padel and referring new users who make in-game purchases. You will receive a unique referral link and code, and a percentage of net revenue generated by users you refer. Participation is automatic upon account creation. No manual approval is required.

2. Commission Structure

Commissions are based on net revenue (after platform fees):

• Fewer than 100 paying users → 30%
• 100–249 paying users → 40%
• 250+ paying users → 50%

Commissions apply for 2 years per referred user and may be extended at our discretion. Applies to in-game purchases and subscriptions (recurring).

3. Attribution Rules

A referral is valid when a user signs up using your referral link or code and is properly tracked by our system.

• Last valid referral takes precedence
• Referrals are permanently linked once assigned
• Self-referrals are not allowed

4. Payouts

• Earnings are initially marked as pending
• Earnings become locked after 30 days
• Payouts are processed monthly
• Minimum payout: R500 (30 USD)
• Payment methods: EFT (South Africa) or PayPal (international)

We reserve the right to delay or withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

5. Creator Responsibilities

• Promote Space Padel honestly and responsibly
• Do not misrepresent the game or earning potential
• Do not engage in spam, deceptive marketing, or misleading claims
• Comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws

You are responsible for your own content and audience engagement.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Refer yourself or create fake accounts
• Use bots, emulators, or automated systems to generate traffic or purchases
• Engage in spam (email, comments, DMs, etc.)
• Mislead users about rewards, earnings, or gameplay
• Impersonate Space Padel or present yourself as the official brand
• Use unauthorized discounts, promotions, or incentives

Violation may result in loss of commissions and account suspension or termination.

7. Fraud & Abuse

We actively monitor for fake installs, suspicious purchase patterns, and device/IP manipulation. If fraud is detected, we may:

• Reverse earnings
• Withhold payouts
• Terminate your account without notice

8. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining your account security and ensuring your information is accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

9. Relationship

You are an independent creator. This agreement does not create employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You may not act on behalf of Space Padel.

10. Intellectual Property

You may use Space Padel branding only for promotion. You may not copy or replicate official platforms, misuse logos or assets, or present unofficial content as official. We reserve the right to revoke branding usage at any time.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate your participation at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may stop participating at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for loss of earnings, platform downtime, or tracking errors. Total liability is limited to commissions earned and payable.

14. Acceptance

By participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read these terms, agree to comply with them, and understand how earnings are calculated and paid.
